Job Summary

PAYOTEK is looking for a highly qualified Technology Lead to join the Core Technology team supporting PAYOTEK’s rapid and sustained global growth. The ideal candidate will have outstanding problem solving skills and enjoys working in a challenging and fast–paced, high-growth environment. Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines consistently and capability to work well under pressure is a must.

Duties &  Responsibilities

• In the role of Technology Lead, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design.
• You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts.
• You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty.
• You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Java Developer with minimum 7-8 years of experience.
• Expert level skill in Java / J2EE programming.
• Spring Framework (Spring MVC, Spring IOC, Spring Security).
• Hands-On development experience in Spring Boot microservices.
• Hands-On development Hibernate & Spring Data JPA.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful web services including web services standards and related technologies (JSON, WS, JERSEY, JAX-WS, JAX-RS) both as consumer and provider.
• Experience in Docker, Kubernetes, or any other container framework.
• High proficiency with development tools and workflows (Junit, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins).
• Experience in SQL databases (MySQL, SQL server, Oracle).
• Knowledge on UI technologies (AngularJS, ReactJS).
• Hands- on experience in developing and deploying enterprise applications J2EE middleware stack.
• Working knowledge in Cloud Infrastructure & CIDC pipeline.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Hands on experience in development not in maintenance.
• Experience in complete SDLC.
• Great team leader with positive and go-getter attitude, who is ready push the envelope of technology stack and able to manage a small team.
• Having financial domain experience is an advantage.
