Job Summary

PAYOTEK is looking for a highly qualified QA Automation Specialist to join the Technology Department supporting PAYOTEK’s rapid and sustained global growth. Duties &  Responsibilities

• Designs solutions after gathering business and technical requirements.
• Lead the architecture and implementation of automation frameworks that meet the high standards of technology best practices, quality, compliance, and reliability.
• Leverage your technical skills to design & implement automation testing infrastructure, establish formal frameworks, suites, standards and processes, ensure reporting, evaluate and develop new tools and processes to enable development of complex automation system test suites for our next generation software.
• Incorporate consistency, efficiency and re-usability of test components/scripts in your design.
• Drive test automation goals, maintain and optimize test frameworks.
• Monitor quality trends, measure automation effectiveness, review process for improvements.
• Work in close collaboration with Software Development and DevOps teams to build test automation into continuous integration pipelines.
• Execute Front-End tests, regression tests, API tests, exploratory tests, and end-to-end workflow tests, performance and reliability tests and all other applicable tests.
• Drive CI/CD from the testing perspective.
• Define, develop and enforce automation testing standards and best practices.
• Periodically report testing and automation impact, value, and improvement to stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Mandatory hands-on experience in Test Automation using Selenium.
• Good knowledge and understanding of JAVA/Python.
• Mandatory hands-on experience in API automation, Web Services, REST API testing.
• Experience in Selenium-based framework like Rest Assured/ Cucumber/Hybrid.
• Min 5+ years of experience in Test Automation of APIs and microservices.
• Experience in scripting for automation – using JAVA/Python.
• Experience with building automation framework for API/Web.
• Experience in test delivery in an Agile model with a focus on in-sprint automation.
• Solid understanding of RESTful web services and microservice architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with automation of APIs using SOAPUI/Rest Assured or other API automation frameworks.
• Strong in validation content from XML, databases and flat files using scripts.
• Strong knowledge of Database and SQL queries for data validation.
• Solid understanding of test process: requirement analysis, test scenario design, test case creation, test scripting, and status reporting to stakeholders for testing services.
• Experience working with Jenkins to build CI/CD pipeline.
