Job Summary
PAYOTEK is looking for a highly qualified Product Consultant to join the Sales Department supporting PAYOTEK’s rapid and sustained global growth. Challenging and diverse tasks with scope for introducing your own ideas and experience. Duties & Responsibilities
- Independent customer consulting on the technical integration possibilities of Fintech products and solutions, taking into account customer-specific requirements.
- Support of our project customers and business partners during ongoing business operations.
- Business and technical analysis of customer requirements, their documentation and subsequent solution design and documentation.
- Overall project responsibility including coordination with involved 3rd parties.
- Definition of customer-specific product extensions in close cooperation with the IT Business Analyst.
- Support sales team with business and technical inquiries regarding Fintech products.
- Support with RFI/RFP response compilation.
- Be primary contact for product-related inquiries and sale support requests of key account customers.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Completed studies in one of the following fields: Electronic Business/E-Commerce, Business Administration/Tourism, (Business) Information Technology or alternatively an appropriate training.
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, e.g. consulting or project management function.
- Strong analytical and excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Solution-oriented understanding of web and data transfer technologies.
- Strong self-reliant, structured way of working as well as distinct goal and result orientation.
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills with strong customer and service orientation.
- Very good business fluent communication and presentation skills in English and German (further foreign language skills are advantageous).
- Industry experience in payment processing, e-commerce or tour operators and the associated business processes are desirable.
- Willing to travel as much as the business requires.
- Hands-on performance and lead by personal example.
- Experience in working with geographically distributed and culturally diverse teams.
